Cybersecurity Intelligence is the application/outcome for Platform → Threat Intelligence (with Observability + Context). It is not a fourth platform pillar and must not be labeled Threat Intelligence in Applications.

- Platform → Observability stays a separate pillar; Observability Intelligence is its app counterpart.
